Based on our extensive expertise, commitment, input and past success in offering the best possible service, Interlace will first join the client in defining the precise requirements of the position to be filled and the profile of the person most suited to fill it.
We then determine the search strategy, the methods and resources to be used, and the most appropriate manner of approaching the right people. We will never settle for second best: we always look for the very best people to achieve the client’s objectives. Having identified a number of suitable candidates, the final selection process is undertaken in close consultation with the client.
The search fee charged by Interlace is not linked to the salary of the position in question but is a flat fee which is agreed with the client beforehand. We believe that clear agreements enhance the likelihood of success. Factors which will affect the level of the fee include the complexity of the assignment, the scope of the search, and the responsibility and impact of the position to be filled.
